The ramp feature on trailers is very nice. I wish all trailers had them.

Rick HFor starters, you could fix your app! The mobile check in was an absolute nightmare. When you go to take pictures. The app freezes amd kicks you out. Also when taking pictures, when you select the green check mark it does not take you back to the page to select another picture to take. You have to click back on your phone several times just to get out of the camera app. It took me over an hour and a half to check in and an hour to return the truck. Pictures would not up upload when I returned the truck. Had to take my own pictures and save on my phone until I hear back from the location manager. Finally, I rented equipment like furniture pads, dolly's, ect. And nothing was in the truck. Couldn't get them because the store location was closed, but still charged for them! I highly recommend not bothering with Uhaul or at the minimum not using their mobile pick up.
