There were add on charges for a dolly and furniture pads, which I clearly did not need or want. There was also an add on for "safe trip" which I did not sign up for. This location was good about making the adjustments, but the safe trip $5 charge was not removed. It's just a hassle to have to go back and correct the invoice. Had I not had this issue, I would have rated the location average or above average. Friendly people to deal with.
