I was sent to an out of the way storage place.. Charged overage to get there. Person checking me out did not know how to check me out. Took over 40 minutes to check out. Helped storage customers while I waited. Finally called someone who put her on hold. She helped another storage customer before calling uhaul direct for help. Overall poor experience.
