Donna JActually have the equipment I request when I book the truck or cancel my truck rental. At the very least tell me you don't have any dollys, or furniture blankets before I pay. I booked my truck rental with both a dolly and furniture blankets and only after checking in and putting in my payment info was I informed that they had neither of those. They took off the charges, but it made moving 100x more annoying and I would have rented elsewhere had I been told in advance.
William LWhen putting in a U-Haul request for service, don’t allow your service people to make people wait three hours in a truckstop, waiting area for something as silly and easily fixed as trailer lights
