Find a different location. Was inside a small market and the personnel spoke very poor English. Never came out to look at the truck and poor parking facilities.

The location was in the retail area of a gas station. I didn’t feel comfortable doing business to the side of the register people were buying items and gas. The area seemed not so safe so I was hyper alert trying to handle business. Not cool.
Kiwanda GThe drop off location was terrible. There wasn't a U-Haul sign. The only U-Haul truck was one I dropped off. The truck front alignment was terrible. I constantly had to hold the steering wheel to the 2 O'clock position.
