The U-Haul was pretty dirty. There’s a bowl with old food in it, in the cab. And there were a couple of old dirty pillows and mirrors I had to remove from the back of the truck before use. The U-Haul was pretty much empty on gas too so I had to immediately stop to put gas in it rather than filling it back up after moving. Overall, the U-Haul accomplished what I needed it to, but it wasn’t a great experience.

The truck was low on fuel when received. The interior was clean and everything looked good. Overall a good experience, except for the low fuel.
Sarah PIt was my first time renting and the worst experience , I rented the car with 35 miles fuel I didn’t know that I had to record that since i assumed they will know everything about their car I brought the car back at 29 miles fuel I only drove 6 miles with it, and now they sent me 215$ bills credit collection while I already paid 64$ the rental because they said they gave me the car fuel which is a lie
