The drop off location was confusing and had no signage. I ended up having to back up a giant 26 ft ,unfamiliar UhAul between narrowly placed storage units uphill. It was hard. Then you charged me for gas.

The staff member at the Huntsville location was very friendly and helpful.
Roger MTruck was not swept out. The ramp was very dirty. I drove the truck directly to both locations, stopping for gas on the route, dropped off the truck only 4 miles from my destination, and yet I was still charged for going 10 miles over. 1. Provide a clean truck. 2. Provide the proper number of miles for the trip.
