The issue I have is not with the hutto location but uhauls communication on my reservation. It should be clear that the date time your are reserving you are required to be there at that specific time or else your reservation can be cancelled. I thought as long as it was reserved for 2 days Friday through Sunday I could pick it up at any time. The wording says it will be guaranteed at 5:30 which means you can pick it up anytime after that.
Jeffrey LNo one at drop off location, charged an extra $26.00 for not checking in on the app. I dont have the app installed for a one time use of uhaul

David LWhile the trailer wasn't filthy, I did need to sweep it out before putting things in. I read that I would get a $15 discount if I returned it clean. Is that correct?
