I don't want to get anyone in trouble...BUT. Check out was easy, check in was easy, the trailer was in perfect shape, and it towed with no problem at all. The issue was when the employee hooked my vehicle up to the 4x8 trailer. He had absolutely no idea how to hitch it up. He put the safety chains on where over 8 inches of each was dragging on the ground. He put the hitch on the hitch ball, but didn't tightened it down at all. I lifted off the hitch from the ball...it just lifted right off. I asked, doesn't this need to be tightened onto the ball? He responded, "I have no idea. Maybe just wrap one of those chains around it, and it will stay." He then walked away. Thankfully, I know how to connect a trailer to the car hitch. I secured it to the hitch ball, re-connect the safety chains, made sure the lights were working...(He never even asked about electrical hook-up.) The kid was very friendly, but I can only imagine what would have happened had the customer been an elderly person or someone not familiar with how to connect the trailer to the tow vehicle.

I like the ease of the drop off process. I think some sort of credit would be appropriate since the price I paid was based on 255 miles and I only traveled around 225 miles. I don’t think a reduced charge is unreasonable.
