Have the truck at the location that I reserved it for and was told where it would be for pickup. Was supposed to be at Cedar Rapids location and was told 1 DAY BEFORE PICKUP THAT I WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE TO INDEPENDANCE which was 40 miles away!! TO PICK IT UP!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
MARTIN JCameren Ehrmann was the best help anyone could ask for, she went out of her way to give me a good deal since the office is closed on Sundays and I booked way before they changed hrs. She was very nice and gave me that good help people are looking for! GOOD JOB Cameren!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
