I was very unhappy with the service. The office was closed but I never got a call telling me they put my key in a lock box outside. The truck was disgustingly and I had to take pallets out of the back of it before I left.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery hard to find at night. Better and lighted signage. No personnel on sight when I dropped off.
Norm GWe enjoy renting from this location. The rental process was seamless and the customer service was helpful.
Joshua WLynhurst refused me tental even though i had a history of rebtibg. Made me walk 8 miles to the next u hauk to get a rruck after i had a motorcyc4ke accident two days before. I shpuldve been compensated for the 5 days it took just to rebt a tryck after several of my reservatiobs was canceled
Justin TOffice was not open even though posted hours said they were. It was in a dilapidated building and there was no sign to say where the key drop was.
