Close that location. The shop wreaked of smoke and vape. The parking lot was in a sink hole which made it hard to park the trailer. The guy was a real @$$hole. Came out of the shop to yell at me, wouldn’t help me, and I thought he was going to hit me at some point. That location should be closed or that guy fired.

JASON HThe person I picked the keys up from had no clue what was going on. I was told I should’ve signed a contract on site and I wasn’t told I couldn’t drop off at a different location. Something I thought was going to be $50 at the most turned into a $230 expense which was taken from the only money I had left to feed my children. It is very rude to be taken advantage of in such a high stress situation and time. The location that billed me will not answer the phone during what is supposed to be business hours and the U-Haul I did get ahold of said they can’t speak on something they weren’t a part of. Who knows smh..
