The costumer service was horrible and very unprofessional. He was rude and very sarcastic with everything he said even when I maintained a exceptable attitude. I asked him about returning the truck a half hr late asking if I would be charged for the . He told me no but still charged me for another whole day. I will never go to his location again ever. This is the uhaul on west 10th st.
