While I was really impressed with the quality of customer care extended by Indy Rental and Sales, I was really disappointed in the overall U-haul experience. The pickup and drop-off procedure in app is far from user friendly. Asking for pictures in dark from a cell phone camera is ridiculous. The app at drop off, erased all my pictures and made me start over in rain. The drop box is not easily found in a downpour as well, location of key dropbox not mentioned in app. But, while U-haul has major concerns to address, the location was great attending to my needs as a customer when I reached out.
