Was a very bad experience. U haul employee need educated about u haul and customer service. Disappointed
Tim GHave better Customer service person. She was rude and not helpful when requesting equipment. Then when wipers stop working less than 10 mins from leaving store. She didn't offer in help in pouring rain besides to tell me call Customer service. When I wasn't able to continue driving. So had to buy own wiper to use unit. When I told her I would like $7 dolly instead of $10 one she refused me any!! Because her personal opinion. So Indy Rents isn't a place I would recommend to anyone. And had worse vehicle they had old and paint and dirty through out cab!

Americo SThe lady running the store was super nice and helpful. I was scheduled to arrive at or after closing time but got there a few minutes early. She said she was going to wait around until I got there to be sure everything went ok (and to sell me tape and boxes ha ha).
