When we walked in and said we were there to drop off a rental, the lady behind the counter immediately told us she was closed because she had to go to an appointment. She said we would have to check in by ourselves and offered no help. She was incredibly rude and offputting. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I will not be recommending this location to anyone ever. To top it all off, after she had left while we were checking in the drop-off, another customer came but was locked out and could not be served. We had to explain to them what the situation was. By the time we left, that customer had not been able to be helped.

Tim GHave better Customer service person. She was rude and not helpful when requesting equipment. Then when wipers stop working less than 10 mins from leaving store. She didn't offer in help in pouring rain besides to tell me call Customer service. When I wasn't able to continue driving. So had to buy own wiper to use unit. When I told her I would like $7 dolly instead of $10 one she refused me any!! Because her personal opinion. So Indy Rents isn't a place I would recommend to anyone. And had worse vehicle they had old and paint and dirty through out cab!
