The self check out process is heavily flawed. I was driving into IN from NJ and due to several issues, did not arrive until 11:30pm to collect the U-haul. I had done everything I could do on the ap, prior to leaving. I arrive very late, after already driving for 14 hours to find a long and complicated process in order to get the code to the lock box. It was a horrible experience and I would never subject someone to an hour long process. Your wait times were 40 minutes, only for them to pass me off to a different department. the location manager did not have any knowledge or help with your process. Why couldn't have I done everything prior to leaving NJ?? Why couldn't you have made your stupid phone calls during reasonable hours? I am a housewife. I have been for 24 years. Your ap did not like that. I obviously didn't carry my passport with me to IN from NJ. Why didn't you have me upload that to a profile page prior to me leaving NJ? I actually hate your company. I despise that it took an hour and your customer service was absolutely sh%^%. This process needs complete overhauled. Yes, pun included in the "haul". If I can help it, I will never rent from your company again. I detest you. We finished packing at 2:30am, got 4 hours sleep before driving to Chicago. If this had been an in person key exchange, I would never had to do everything your ap made me do. It is unbalanced. You should fire who ever designed the ap and the process.
