We had issues from the very get go the truck car hauler . The truck was dirty and smelled bad . I have pictures of the inside of the truck on how dirty it was . This is the worst experience I have had with U-Haul. Very disappointed in the overall experience especially for what we had to pay for rental and returning the car hauler 3 days early and returning the U-Haul truck 2-1/2 days early. Not to mention when we went to drop off we had to go further down the road then the first initial drop point . Just very unhappy with total experiencePaul B.

The customer service was overall, lousy, and the equipment did not meet my needs. I didn't catch his name, but he was a silver haired-middle aged gentleman that was just not nice. When I asked him a question about receiving my trailer, his response was one that was â€œgruffâ€ and with a definite tone of annoyance as he told me to â€œget in line.â€ The trailer was marketed as a 5' (60â€) x 9' (108â€). However, my lawn mower with a 48â€ deck would not fit. Therefore, the trailer was useless, and I had to return it to a location with employees who clearly had better things to do than serve their customers. The only words spoken to me at drop off (while he was facing the opposite direction, pushing the trailer back to its place) was, â€œyour final receipt will be emailed to you.â€ I will NEVER utilize this location again!JACOB M.
Your app needs work. There are far too many menus and it doesn't talk to the servers well. When you set up something with the app the employees at the location don't know about you even setting an appointment. All in all you can get the job done but your process is more frustrating than it needs to be.nicholas H.
All trailer lights went out besides dtr lights shut off about 100 miles into our dive. Just more annoying then anything reallyNICHOLAS C.
Have a more helpful staff. When I arrive to pick the truck up the staff was great. When I went to drop off the truck no one was at the return green tent. So I drove the truck to the front door. I went in to let them know that I was there to drop off truck. Everyone was helping others and when it was time they all looked at me like I was crazy. And then one of reps told me to drive the truck back to the green truck and someone will meet me there. So I went back to the truck to take it to the text and another rep came out of the building saying mame I will drive it over and process your return shortly. I thank him. And when I got home to check my email I see that I was charged for additional mileage. The additional mileage fee should be taken off because I drove around the building making my mileage go up. I also think mileage fees should be waived or cancelled if the truck is rented for local usage. I Would like for a manager to call me back.FRAGILIA B.

I got off to a rough start. I was late for my pick up time, but the truck assigned to me was late getting back and the technician was just finishing up the cleaning and sanitizing. I had ordered a dozen furniture pads but they were not in the truck. I emailed U-Haul and I was not charged (thank you!). Everything after that went very well. The truck ran fine, it was clean and easy to drive. The return was easy and overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend U-Haul, especially this location!!Dale W.

They don't fully clean the truck and they also charge if the full inst exactly full when the truck is still full. Never will go there ever againJEREMY R.
