I ordered boxes and tape online with my reservation, when I got there to get my stuff, they couldn't find where I already paid for the tape and boxes, 15 minutes later they found it. They charged me for a few extra miles even after I over filled the truck with fuel buy a quarter of a tank.

Love the manager of this location! Had a terrible moving experience she made it easier than pie for me! She made sure my truck was in great condition and also made sure I got the storage unit that was perfect for me! I got a tour of the facility and how the security is which made me feel at ease! Having bad u haul experiences in the past I appreciate everything she did for me and I will be coming back only to this location!!!! Thank you!

The receipt states 55.00 plus..you way overcharged my account and I expect a refund immediately or my lawyer will contact you for unethical practices. There was dirt and debris in the box truck when I got it and they saw it because I mentioned it. I did not leave any dirt or debris when I rented it. I expect you to review my rental and I do expect $130.00 back to my account. You should be ashamed for trying to take advantage of a single woman !!

I was put in the wrong truck, Mileage was incorrect, worried if my card will be charged extra. Manager was suppose to call me early this morning according to a rep I spoke with this morning at 7:30 here it is 11:04 and still no call. I called around 10:50 said she was on the lot with customer. Was told if I was put in wrong truck that means the other 3 that were rented out Sunday were wrong also. I have used U-Haul several times never experienced this before. The Young man that checked back in last night was very professional and friendly and he was the one that realized the mistake. I have worried all night afraid I will be charged for something that I am not responsible for. took forever to get truck and leave that morning (3-5-17) the wait in line, then wrong mileage etc.

The steering wheel had a chunk out of the foam - but what really got me the most was that they billed me for gas - which I returned having a bit more than I needed to. I assume whoever inspected it only turned the key enough to get a reading and not actually start the vehicle (it can give two totally different readings). I reached out to 764070_GM@uhaul.com as instructed in the email with my receipt if I had any issues. One week later with no reply. Very dissatisfied.

My experience was terrible. I reserved a truck for Saturday in Greenwood (9AM). We were late to pick it up, so even though I placed a reservation and checked in on-line beforehand, it was given away. Our back-up truck on East Street in Indy was also given away, and we couldn't get another until 4:30PM. With this late of a pick-up time, we were hoping to get at least our storage unit loaded. Unfortunately, we spent a half hour in the check-out line, so by the time we got back into our part of town, it was dark and the ENTIRE DAY was wasted. U-haul also charged me for furniture pads and a dolly I didn't use. My boyfriend used to move furniture for a living. We have tons of moving pads, I can assure you we didn't need to measly six that were in the truck. It's moronic to have that crap in the truck because it takes away from space! There had been many problems with the place we were moving into; using U-Haul just made the experience that much worse. I do not ever plan to use them again in the future.

When ordering online there needs to be an option on time availability. Because it did allow that I had to call customer service and at that point the lady set me up with a location other then where I orginally set it up at. I then had to call back and was given a different location because they were the only one that had availability. Also they need more associates working pick up. We wait 10-15 minutes in line.

I drove the truck 6 miles and put a gallon of gas in the tank. Upon arrival, a boy named Eli at the customer service desk tried to charge me a 15 dollar fee for fuel. He was very argumentative regarding this even though he was clearly in the wrong. My wife and I have never really seen anything like the people who were working at this location.

The actual trailer and materials were ready, but I got a hitch installed from this location that morning. It was a mess and was all screwed up. The wiring was wrong and so i couldn't rent my second trailer which put me a day behind traveling across the country. I had to go to ford to get the wiring fixed, find another uhaul dealer that had my trailer size and load it myself because the movers were there the day before. It was a mess. I would like to hear from someone at Uhaul about how you can help me rectify this situation.
