KEVIN G | First ImpressionsI had some late charges in addition to charges that could not be changed. Those cases were added to my bill which I felt were excessive. The total of the amount was excessive and unwarranted.
Michael K | Overall ExperienceMissed, I got charged a 25 dollar clean fee for tow empty card board boxes I left, but when I got to my unit there was trash in it and mice traps and they gave me broom to sweep it out myself, on top of that there's already a lock on the unit, that we have to wait til they get it cut off because somebody else's lock is on there, and then I we cant even use our own lock, for 166 a month this is just ridiculous and as of right now, I would NOT recommend this storage place...and my uhaul didn't come with dolly, none at the location, they all was reserved for pick up, couldn't use one, my whole experience was horrible le honestly.
