Make sure they know this business is closed on Saturday and they will have to use the stupid app. I asked for counter pick up. Had a reservation at another location and was switched to this one. It took forever to go through the process. Thank goodness for Marcus the gentlemen that helped us when we called help number.

Truck was great! Everyone was great!
Gary RI returned the truck the same day because they closed, but the next day I saw that the truck was still an active rental. They never returned the truck and I had to call the U-haul line to make sure I was not charged and extra fees!!
