I can't think of any outside of lowering the price (smile).
Preston TI returned the truck on Monday, December 1. I went into the office of the drop off location was told to put my keys in a dropbox outside. I looked at my final invoice and it says that I dropped the car off on December 2 which is not true.
THOMAS HThe Uhaul Representative was a really nice guy and overall it was a streamlined process, which is helpful when considering the chaos of a moving day.
