The Royal location did a good job. Everything went as it was suppose to and everything went smooth. However I had originally made my reservation with a franchisee in Whitestown Indiana. My experience with him was terrible. I made reservation with him to pick up on a Sunday. He said go online and they will give me the info to pick up my truck using the lock box. Within 10 minutes of making my reservation, I got an email that they could not guarantee my reservation and it would be switched to another location. I checked I did not want to switch. I went back to the location I made my reservation and told him about the email. He said, ignore it, I will be able to pick it up at his location. Needless to say, this was a lie. I called Uhaul from the Royal Inn location on Sunday and they called the Franchisee and he claimed he did not remember me or doing that. I can't explain his actions, it was clear I made my reservation from there and I met with him twice in a twenty minute time frame. He only had 6 vehicles there at the time so It could not be he had so much business he did not remember me. I will never use this location again and I would not recommend his services to anyone else. The customer service at this location is terrible. The only thing I can think of for this poor service is that it was a bad employee who I met with and the franchisee does not realize what a poor employee he has working for him. Bad recommendation. Again the Royal Inn service was very good and U-Haul corporate tried to help me.

There was a crack in the windshield prior to me picking it up. Even in the picture. And now they are trying to charge me $500+ to get it fixed

MICHAEL SYou Uhaul company I rented a small truck and drove it 3 miles total that's not even 1/2 a gallon of gas and I was charged $78.99 for it.I returned the truck in the same conditions when first I got it (nobody came to check miles/condition of the truck). Well now I feel sorry for myself...Anyways Thanks
IGNACIO FThey were having system issues so check in was terrible. Then upon looking at the truck it didn’t have the equipment we paid for and the previous renter did not refill the tank back to wear it was to be.
