Not rent out a truck that you know has brake light issues, you were warned by the previous customer and still rented the truck.
Corey PThis location service is very poor. Firstly, they gave me a truck with no gas, and they told me to return with half a tank. I spoke with the associate who was working, and he told me to put gas in and said he would refund me. I only rented the truck for 4 hours, but on my receipt, they listed it as 6 hours and charged me again for gas. There was no gas in the truck when I picked it up, and I returned it with half a tank. Upon returning the truck, I waited for almost 20 minutes with no one to attend to me. I stopped and left. I will never come back to this location
fashere mThe location felt unsafe and not well maintained. When the uhaul was dropped off, showed the attendant a photo of the mileage and gas, but he didn't look at it. Then we were incorrectly charged $100 for fuel fill up since the attendant noted the tank was empty. Request a refund, but can't
