The customer service was bad - everytime I rented a uhaul at different locations even outside of Indianapolis. My boss makes a reservation and I tell them I am a driver, they just have me add my ID on file and do the other necessary prompts. At this one the lady said that isn’t the case and proceeded to make a different reservation which caused us to be an hour late for the moving job we had set up. She gave me the receipt as I was leaving, when I returned the truck the lady tried to say my payment was on hold and never came through. And said I have to pay 124 which was different from the price I already paid, if my payment of 134 didn’t come through how did I receive a receipt?? Which made no sense at all. All I know is I hope I get my refund because the final receipt came down to 112. It makes no sense why I already paid 134 and was told my payment never went through when it did then you tried to charge me another 124 when that wasn’t even the original price. So yeah I better get a refund for the milage I didn’t use or it’ll be an issue.
