Login was an absolute nightmare. I was prevented from using my password. Instead I had to have a code sent. The codes took 20 minutes at a time. Fix this!

I had to pay an extra hour for the movers because Hall did not have my rental ready and then the employee came in late. They didn’t greet us. They were rude. They were rude at drop off. I would never go there again.

Abdullah ELack clear signing when picking up. Vehicle poorly maintained. Warning lights on in dash for TPMS. Brake light and turn signal not working in back. Only had slightly under 1/4 tank of gas at pick up, I assume it's so they can charge you an extra $30 if you don't refill. Couldn't recommend this location.
