Poor customer service. Very difficult to checkout and check-in a truck. Beside they snuck in insurance that I declined when reserving the truck. I couldn't any person to speak with.

I have rented from U-Haul numerous times and every time previously had been pleased. My original pickup location (in Westfield, IN) changed Friday evening & I did not see the change until I arrived in Westfield. While driving to my new destination (Royal Inn), the location called me to verify if I was still planning to pick up the truck. I told the gentleman that I was and how I went to the wrong location because I didn’t know it had changed. When I arrived at Royal Inn, the attendant told me they gave my truck away (because I was more than 15 minutes late). I told him that we had just spoke on the phone, so I didn’t know how this could happen. He didn’t have a good answer other than to rent me another truck he had for approximately $200+ more than what I had originally booked my truck for (at a way more convenient location). I don’t understand how I went from a $150 rental to $400 & the location changed when I planned accordingly & booked this weeks in advance. Unfortunately, the events added stress and aggravation to our moving experience.
TRAVIS ELogin was an absolute nightmare. I was prevented from using my password. Instead I had to have a code sent. The codes took 20 minutes at a time. Fix this!
Deidre EI had to pay an extra hour for the movers because Hall did not have my rental ready and then the employee came in late. They didn’t greet us. They were rude. They were rude at drop off. I would never go there again.
