The uhaul did not have the equipment we needed, the pickup process was hard and the location was closed. It was in a rough part of town in a weird building. The uhaul had alot of dirt and gross stuff in it, the back was open when we got there and getting the key out of the lock box was hard as well

Cody CWe got there at 340pm to return the truck and the place closed at 4 but there was no one there. It was fine because we did the online return but it was a little difficult fo get all the photos because of how the trucks were parked and how big the one we got was. The people at the desk were very nice and made the process quick and easy.
