The truck and moving supplies, despite being ordered together, were sent to 2 different uhaul locations. I rented 24 furniture pads but when I went to pick them up, they only gave had 7 to give me. At first they told me it was a bag filled with 24, but it clearly looked like less and when I counted them it was only 7.
Nicholas KThe uhaul did not have the equipment we needed, the pickup process was hard and the location was closed. It was in a rough part of town in a weird building. The uhaul had alot of dirt and gross stuff in it, the back was open when we got there and getting the key out of the lock box was hard as well
