The uhaul app is awful. Both picking up and dropping off we tedious. Picking up took over an hour. The confirmation of contacts could be performed prior to pick up. Not everyone is waiting to confirm a contact. Pick up took close to an hour. Drop off took 30 minutes. The app is really poorly designed and should be reworked. We had to call in multiple times to process our transaction as the app would just crash.
