The manager (male) was wonderful to work with. Reason why I would’ve given this location a 5 star, easily returned and recommended it to friends and family who constantly rent moving trucks etc. However, upon returning the vehicle. The female with dark hair whose name I didn’t get was extremely unnecessarily rude. Her demeanor and face was just NOT IT. She does not belong in customer service. Rude since we got there up until we left. Wasn’t clear about instructions, did not have a welcoming environment etc. She made us not want to ever go back.
