I reserved a trailer 5 weeks in advance for a pick up 2 miles from my home. Two days before the reserve date, I was told that the trailer would not be there, but rather at a location 25 miles away. This is the 4th time this has happened. U-Haul had plenty of time to make sure that the trailer would be at the reserved location, but instead left it to me to drive the much greater distance to pick it up. Not right. And especially disconcerting that I didn’t speak the language at either the pick up or drop off locations.
