车子很脏，代理点工作人员服务态度很差，明明租车4天（3/14 9:00-3/18 9:00）大家可以来算一下。，扣款时非要扣5天，还要扣手续费20，卫生费25。我不知道我打扫干净了为什么还要乱扣费用，为租一次车退款问题找了很多次，代理点让直接找U+lAUL总部。总部让找代理点。反反复复的推脱任责。很差的一次体验。我一次租的二辆车，一辆车多扣一百多。现在还在找人退款呢。反正体验到有种想哭的状态。

qin Ytrailer was filthy inside, and there were NO tie down rings at the front (only at the rear door) so I was unable to secure my possessions. Also, trailer AV 0876 F does NOT track straight behind my car. Brake lights were dim, and I was concerned with driving at dusk. Returning the trailer to Clarks Travel Center found the U-Haul person not available. I dealt with the gas station attendant (who was very helpful) and wrote down the trailer info and hoped it would get passed along. The trailer was entered in to the return database an hour later. My credit card was charged an additional $40 without my permission. My price was $244, and I was charged $280. This has never happened before when renting through U-Haul.
William SThe trailer I wanted I couldn’t get because the lights weren’t working. The older one I took home had me concerned about its maintenance. Nearing greased etc. once I got it home one half( side) of the frame wa s entirely rusted thru. This trailer is not fit for use and needs to be rebuilt or junked immediately. Luckily I noticed this damage. I wouldn’t want to think where it would have collapsed on my 1500 mile trip to Canada. I called your support line and the agent quickly found me another trailer at another location that was a much better experience. Unfortunately this trailer kept blowing my fuses causing me hours of delays unloading my vehicle to replace the fuses each time and then trouble shooting the problem and then buying a tool and tape to repair the broken wire that was shorting out the circuit. All in all a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend U-Haul to anyone after this experience, and am forced to tell everyone I know to not use this company. I can’t believe I had to pay full price for this terrible rental.
