Inspect vehicles before being rented back out. The 20' we received had an empty gas tank and after I fueled up and made it to my destination, there was a U-Haul combination lock that nobody could come up with a combination for to open the back. My options were to drive back to the rental facility to have it cut off or cut off myself. Thankfully I had tools to do myself so my moving team could get the job done.
KEVIN KMake sure you remove the ice from wind shield. Dirty in and out. The back sliding door was hard to open due to ice. Real disappointed. Next time I will consider another moving company.
