Very friendly checkout was fast.
Sandy VBoth pickup in St. Paul and drop off in Chicago were done without a hitch (no pun intended). The trailer was in good condition. A minor nit pic was that the trailer really rattled on the hitch ball when the trailer was empty. It was securely attached but made a lot of noise. I would use U-Haul again if needed.
