Very disappointed…Had to go 65 miles to pick up trailer the next day due to no trailer at rental location, I booked 3 weeks before pickup, received a call from U-Haul and we agreed on $70 for a new rental agreement and when picked up was charged $102. Trailer Jack handle was busted. Very disappointing, with today’s technology this should have not happed, I believe they over booked their equipment and make there customers figure it out at a discounted rate.
