I was supposed to pick up the truck at 7. No one was able to bring me the keys until 8am. I called the number listed on the door and he was trying to get me to open lock boxes that didn’t work, eventually he decided to come meet me and give me the key. By that time I wasn’t on the road until 8:05. I had movers hired for 9:30am in LA to pack the U-haul. I didn’t make it until 10:30 and they were unable to help me. So I had to load everything myself which took a lot longer. The whole day was thrown off.
