Everything was great during whole process, the only issue was the truck, was to bouncy and some of my items tipped over while transport.

The worker at this location was rude and asking for unnecessary proof which was not required.I booked my truck online for 6:45 PM and i was there at same time waiting on line , when finally my turn came he was like the order is cancelled and start asking me to provide passport and green card even though i am US Citizen i mentioned them. Once i provide them with my ID they start asking about my bill and contract paper work starting and end date of my internet bill and electricity. I felt like being racially profiled or he just didn't want to give it to me saying come tomorrow at 9 AM. I felt like being intimidated cause i didn't have option rather to listen and get truck cause of time crunch . At one point he asked me to put your phone away because he was uploading something in system . I had few UPS booking in past but this one i felt like something.

Have a cleaning crew clean the cans. The truck had dog hairs everywhere and my husband has a death allergy to dogs!! The guy blew the hair all over the cab trying to clean it. I then spent 50 bucks (since it was the only truck) and I had to wait 3 hours to get that truck, to buy cleaning products and blankets to use the truck.

The Line was very long, due to a system outage. Handling ad hoc customers when reservations are waiting made many customers angry, especially when many customers were sent from other UHaul locations. It was a very bad day. Please try to come up with a better outage plan.

I forgot a toolbox in the van, I have photos when I returned the van and the box is visible. I returned to the office and the box did not appear. They were not expensive tools but they should appear.

Friendly staff, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The videos on how to best move items helped a lot. Truck was clean and I was very happy with Uhaul. I will be moving again in 6 months and will be see you all again soon. thank you

The vehicle was great. While Rene was very gracious and helpful he needs more help. I arrived 5 min before store opening, there was already a guy there before me. By the time I got to Rene it has been just over 15 minutes after he began with the customer before me. It was more than 30 min by the time I actually drove out. The system froze several times while helping the customer in front of me. I scanned in photos of my license when I made the booking, they were not in the system when I arrived. They had to be scanned in twice when I arrived as the system didn’t seem to save them the first time.
