The equipment contract emailed to me after I picked up the truck showed the truck had 5/8 of a tank fuel. This was incorrect. I took picture of the fuel level when I picked up the truck and the gauge showed between 1/2 and 5/8 full. So I filled the truck with fuel making certain to have the gauge at the same place. The filling station was only 200 yards from the drop off point so I doubt that I used 2 gallons of fuel. I believe that the charge for the extra 2 gallons of gas was not warranted.

I had an 8am reservation - showed early and waited for opening. The manager there said she was filling in from another store. She was extremely rude. I had reserved a furniture dolly and utility dolly. I was adding an additional driver but they didn't have their license on them and she said she could run home and get it/scan it so we could proceed. Another client showed about 15 mins after us (he had an 8:15 apt) who also had reserved a furniture dolly but they didn't have any left at any store that was close. Because I had an 8am apt I did get it but she implied that he should because I made my reservation 3 days prior and he made his a week prior???? The website said that they have the trucks loaded with what you rented and are ready and I told her that in front of the other man - and she said we don't preload and the site doesn't say that. The other man agreed it did say that. He was mad because he needed the furniture dolly and it should be there. As they loaded the stuff I rented - she made a comment very rudely to me that she didn't want to talk about all that in front of him as he as getting upset. Rightfully so he should have been upset. So she loaded and ran back in. She never told me that I would receive an email to verify the license plate of the truck I received, and I didn't look at my phone for a while. When I read the email later on - the link expired. The license plate wasnt the one it said it should be. I tried calling them and of course they weren't answering their phones and the voicemail was full. We hurried with the truck because of this - and I wanted to return it before close so there wasn't any other "issues" because they messed up with the license plate/truck issued. We were going to return after hours and use the drop box and app - but didn't trust that. It was a mess and I felt sorry for the other gentlemen- I hope they found a dolly for him. Probably won't use them again - and I will be renting soon in the future as I'm unloading a large storage unit....
KAREN BSo, I completed the drop off process and the app was giving me issues, I took the photos and everything and it said that it is completed but I didn’t even get the chance to review or to click anything there was a payment to do and I don’t even know if the payment went through, it said completed so there was nothing else I could do so I drop the keys on the box.
Aritsai RThe drive was not smooth and there were several warning lights on after I drove 2 miles after picking up the truck. I called the people who gave it to me and they mentioned me to ignore saying it might be a sensor problem.
Varun RI was charged a fuel fee even though the fuel was left at the level that I picked it up.
