I ordered a van on the website. I only needed a van but they made me get a box truck because my drivers license didn't have an Irving address. They said because the vans get stolen. I had an very difficult time getting in the back...due to my back. None of her claim makes sense AT ALL.

CARLOS PThey recommend you clean the Uhaul out when finished so you won't be charged a cleaning fee but they charge that automatically 25 dollars for a cleaning fee is outrageous.
