Absolutely AHHHHMAZING service provided and I wish I could remember her name as she truly deserves recognition. She was full of energy, professional, caring, listened to my needs and offered so many different options. I've never had such incredible service with renting a Uhaul truck and I've rented a few in the past couple years. Not to mention the location was very easy to get to, huge parking area, and very CLEAN. HIGHLY recommend utilizing this location!!!!

I was charged a three of four tolls dated in 2020. I have the screenshot of the charge but it won’t allow me to attach it here.

Talarisha BI pumped full tank of gas at the pump right beside the dropoff location. I received my bill the next morning. I was still charged $20 gas fee. I called to inquire about it. The employee told me the gas measure on the dashboard indicated gas wasn’t pumped. I even sent them screenshots of my credit card showing gas payments. The charges have not been reversed on my credit card.
ADHNAN Stook a long time to get the keys even though I had already made the reservation. Everything was already registered. The lady helped someone up front and then disappeared to the back. It took me over 45 minutes to get the keys. And the same thing happened when I returned them. Terrible service.
