The customer service was horrible and didn’t want to assist when already had a registered contract. The system was running slow but Hispanic customers was assist while others as well as my self was told we had to redo out contract through the U-Haul app which was making us to redo our reservation. I had to call the U-Haul representative which help me with my original reservation and they went into the same system which the young lady told me and others it was not working. Another young lady finally showed up and immediately was able to get into the system. After three hours, I was finally provided a key with the assistance of a representative from a totally other location. I would not recommend this location to anyone that I know for unfair treatment. I would hate for them or anyone else to be treated this way.
