I put in $49 gas in the truck and used it for 10 miles, I was charged $73 and no refund for the gas

When I arrived I was told that I couldn't have the same rate and terms as what I agreed to when doing the reservation, because I was not a resident of Irving, TX. Apparently this is not a REAL U-Haul site which was never disclosed to me when reserving. I tried to use the app to get pictures of the vehicle but the app would simply let me take 10 pictures of the vehicle and then tell me that none of them had been saved, with no indication of what I did wrong. So, the woman working there (could barely speak English) told me to just take pics on my own phone instead. The app is bad, the staff is bad.
Timothy OAbsolutely AHHHHMAZING service provided and I wish I could remember her name as she truly deserves recognition. She was full of energy, professional, caring, listened to my needs and offered so many different options. I've never had such incredible service with renting a Uhaul truck and I've rented a few in the past couple years. Not to mention the location was very easy to get to, huge parking area, and very CLEAN. HIGHLY recommend utilizing this location!!!!
