Returned the truck clean, filled it past the level with Dolly in back. Just got bill that said Dolly wasn’t returned was charged 14 days rental on it instead of 7 andd charged for a missing Dolly. Total ripoff and scam.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUnfortunately it was a very rude gal who waited on me when returning my U-Haul rental today!
Joe RVery convenient!
Cynthia NMaybe have more gas in the vehicle.
Ruth CI had a problem with the phone and the person in the location was Not helping at all with at least do the paper work for me To rent the Truck,I asked why he is Not helping and he responded… “ I am Not getting Pay to help Anyone with the reservation “. I already told all my friends and family to don”t go even closest to that place. I spend 3 hrs. Waiting for my family to help me with the reservation and to then wait until he wants to take care of my reservation. It was terrible, I felt really bad.
