On the auto transport we rented, the driver’s side front strap was worn and had been shortened so it would not fit. We brought our own extra tie downs.

Michael LThis was the BEST rental experience from uhual, the crew ensured I was hooked up to the trailer correctly and guided me when I needed help backing up, they also helped me unhook the trailer. I was very nervous as this was my first time towing and they made me felt safe with my trailer hook ups and ensured the lights worked before I left, the lobby had a guidebook for towing as well, will definitely rent again from here and avoid other locations because they did so well!
