The wait time to get help inside was frustrating. I was there at 8am on Thursday morning?? Lots of U-Haul employees moving all through the building but only 1 person to help the clients secure equipment. There was 1 couple in front of me when i got there and 3 behind me when i left. The 6x12 that I rented had a bad tire, I noticed the tire, not U-Haul employee. I brought it to the attention of the employee and he immediately switched me to another unit. What if I hadn't looked? I wonder if the tire was replaced?

The straps on the car dolly were frayed, and we had to readjust them 3 times a days for 5 days. When we dropped it off, the technician had to cut it to remove it from my cars axil, which it had wrapped around. We were VERY lucky the car didn’t come off of the dolly and kill someone.

I've used this company many times but must say this time was very unpleasant, On the phone I reserved a 17 ft truck at the Beach/Southside branch. Got there & they gave the last one to the customer ahead on me in line. The guy called & stated Philips & Unv branch was holding one for me. Went there & they said it wasn't there that it was at the Emerson& Philips branch, They had nothing on me or any trucks available. ARG! Luckily the support tech & mgr at the Philips &Unv gave me a 20 ft truck at the 17' ft price....THAT was awesome! But the run around wasn't.

The workers in the store act like doing their job is an inconvenience. There was a big sign that said customer entrance that was locked. I stood there for ten minutes and had to figure out for myself that i needed to use the other entrance while employeesies just watched me stand there. Better communication among employees. I was inconvenience due to and closure of another place. I return the equipment just over 24 hours but was still charged for two days on the final receipt. I have emailed the manager and have not gotten a response

Was told to pull my car around, and pointed out what trailer I would be taking. Waited for the gentleman to return, which he did not. Parked the trailer up myself. I was then checked out by another sales person and okayed my work. Trailer license plate light did not work. Would recommend sales people to complete each customers need start to finish before walking away.

The guy that checked me out was working as hard as possible. I was sent to this location from your w Edgewood location. The wait was horrible for multiple people to be there but only one person was helping customers. We waited for what felt like an eternity

Staff was just ok with customer service. They allowed the access driveway to get clogged with drop off vehicles and had no means of clearing the driveway. Caused us to stay half in and out of the road causing traffic issues. The flow pattern is confusing and needs to be revamped. The trailer worked as desired.

We waited 20 minutes to get the keys to the van we arrived before our appointment time and the vehicle wasn’t ready. The lady was very snappy and rude. When we checked in the vehicle the lady made us wait while she stood around for about 10-15 minutes. Acted like she hated her job and had no respect.

Returning u haul was Worst experience possible. Initially we were set to return 26ft Uhaul and car trailer to location 1 mile from my home. Got a text from Uhaul ,the day before return , stating the location was changed to a location over 20 miles away. I noticed on Uhaul website there were at least 15 Uhaul’s closer to us. I called customer service and after waiting 20 minutes on hold the lady was very rude and said she could not help us at all and could not change location. I called again the day of return and the cs rep this time transferred me to another department that changed location to 6 miles away. I drove to the location and it was a small shop (that was closed) and the front parking lot did not have enough room for truck and trailer (trailer was still in road when truck parked ). I then called Uhaul and again waited 20 minutes on hold. When I spoke to the lady she was extremely rude. She said my account did not have a drop off location I told her I had a drop off location on my contract. She didn’t care and I told her how I have been driving for over 45 minutes in the pouring rain and was extremely frustrated. She said she didn’t want to help me because I was yelling (I’m from ny, I talk loud (especially into a cell phone )) I told her if she doesn’t want to help me that’s fine, but transfer me to someone who will help me. She then said the only place u can drop it off is another 20 miles away and hung up on me. She texted me the address. I didn’t want to call again and wait on hold for 20 minutes so I drove another 20 miles (now 25 miles from my house instead of the initial one mile ) Thankfully the people at this location were really nice I don’t understand how Uhaul can set me up with a contract (charge me over $700) and then completely change things at the last minute. I worked for uhaul almost 30 years ago and i knew they had these issue then. I just assumed after 30 years they would have figured it out. I guess I’m wrong.

Check in was fine. When returning the truck I was not treated by anyone. One person with ear buds in started folding my trucks blankets but it wasn’t until I questioned the person helping the guy behind me that anyone said a word to me. At this point they were rude. I would rather spend thousands on a new trailer than have to deal with this location again.

I went in on Friday 7/20 to verify my reservation. My cousin arrived Saturday morning to pick up the truck. My Credit Card info and my cousin name Wasn't on the contract. I had to Cancel my appointment, Returning to Uhaul to Add the info Again!! The representative apologized I feel I should have been given credit for the rental of the truck. U-Haul ruined my Saturday morning.
