kalila s. | Overall ExperienceIt took 4 emails to confirm my storage was closed as I was contacted for LATE FEES. I did an online move out and was still contacted. I left the unit OPEN. I WASN'T CONTACT ABOUT IT BEING OPEN OR UNLOCKED. HOW SECURE IS THAT. THAT TELLS ME IT'S ONLY FOR MONEY NOT ABOUT SECURITY . I did try to reach facility 4xs. It's a joke at this point.
