First, The truck was dirty and not clean at all inside and outside, check engine light on I told the man about on the spot and he put a note about it Second, I drop the truck off at the same night, next day morning I went to turn the key in, the lady told me they gonna check the truck and send me the invoice thru the email, 3 hours later haven’t received any thing I called up there she said ooo we forgot to do it will do it now, 1 hour later nothing came up, I drove back to the location, they wanna act stupid with me like they have no idea what I was talking about. Poor customer service
