The truck was dirty and smell like cigarettes, time to get the truck was too long. Also I made reservations with milage and everything prior and still had give all those details again.

Pawn arrival after having a reservation and paid for reservation my truck was apparently previously reserved by somebody else there was no Dolly available which I had already paid for and I had to wait over an hour pass my reservation time to find out what was going on which ultimately made me late for the reason I needed the U-Haul in the first place then like previously stated above I was charged for a dolly and never received it
Jessica AThey keep trying to charge my card an extra $160 when I only use a U-Haul for two days. I don’t know what’s going on, but I don’t owe nothing at this point. I have to freeze my card.
