Pickup was scheduled for 9am. When we arrived at 9, the individual in charge of the U-haul could not be contacted by phone. We sat there until 9:45 while the people inside the store tried to contact them and we contacted U-haul for support. Finally at 9:45 they were able to contact the person and we got access to the truck. This was a huge inconvenience to our moving day and set us back.

Extremely hard to return a truck here. The attendants there were no help and the app gave us an extremely hard time when trying to return. We spent an hour just waiting for the app to load the photos, only to reject over half of them several times.
