They insisted that I had to buy the insurance after I had already waived it online. They told me insurance is required unless I could prove I had a commercial insurance policy. It took a call to the main number to clarify things, which wasted time and was very frustrating. It seemed like a scam. And sadly, this is not the first time this has happened.

To make matters worse, your system was down, forcing me to wait over an hour to be checked out, causing further loss of time and money. As a frequent commercial customer who regularly rents from your company, I expect a much higher standard of service and would like to be contacted by a regional manager to resolve this issue."
