Rear left side door lock mechanism did not work. Did not find out until at location over 30 miles away. Attempted to call them repeately, never picked up. unable to use truck at due to lack of timeliness of road side assistance. I do not want my card charged at all for this service.

Reservation was for 8:30 but office didn’t open until 9 and they only manage the storage facility (not a uhaul facility) we never received info about codes to use to get into the truck and it was blocked by another truck anyways / wont go back unfortunately
