The location was in a cheerleading facility & was difficult to find. The person who checked us out made several mistakes when entering our information including a typo in our email address which meant we did not get important info. They also canceled our reservation and made a new one without telling us. This meant our reservation disappeared from the app and we did not have the new reservation number or an email confirmation to reference. This would have been a big problem had we needed roadside assistance on our trip from FL to Chicago. He also changed our drop off location from the specific one we had chosen to the general city of Chicago and we were assigned a drop off location that was very far away. I had to get it changed back to the original location choice. Lastly, he overcharged us by $167 and had to send notification to U-Haul for a refund. I had to follow up to make sure this happened because it wasn’t set up correctly. All of these mistakes took over an hour on the phone with U-Haul customer service to fix & I had to speak to multiple people. Worst of all, when the person at the cheerleading facility was checking us out, he asked us to verbally repeat our credit card number 3 times while a random person sat on the couch in his office scrolling in his phone. It was sketchy & unprofessional. The whole thing was a debacle. I had chosen a pick up location in Ponte Vedra & this was changed by U-Haul at the last minute to the cheerleading facility which was twice as far, not to mention the incompetent staff. My first pick up location had been reserved & confirmed a month in advance and should have been honored.

Better costumer service, there’s not a certain person who could help you given the keys, worst experience ever, i do not want to use any u-haul service in the future, even when i call costumer service i get a poor service, thank you but it was my last time using your services.
JONATHAN NThey have no communication whatsoever. You rent something, they give you something else and then they charge you what they want. I don't recommend it.
Vincenzo PRental location was a gymnastics studio; initially, no one was available to get the rental started. When I returned the truck later that day, another customer was trying to figure out how to get her truck and once again, there was no one around to help.
