Audrey BThe pickup process was average at best. It's in a gym. There was no U-Haul representative there. The number on the door to call for help went unanswered. The truck was parked under a tree around back and covered in leaves and other brush. There was no handtruck/dolly in the truck and nobody at the location to help with that.
