There were no instructions posted in the pickup area in the back of the store and limited instructions at the front of the store, which was closed on Fridays (the day I was there). The phone App would not upload any photos that I took and would not let me complete the checkin - I had to call customer service for help and then it took a few different people to figure out where we could get the 24 blankets and dolly that were supposed to be in the truck for us. We had to go to another uhaul store across town for the blankets but could not get a dolly. We got an extra mileage charge on top of that on our final bill which should be waived due to the inconvenience of having to drive across town to get the blankets. Our truck had about 6 dirty and wet blankets laying in the back of the truck. The most frustrating part was that there was no attendant there to assist us.

The site is clean but not very well marked. There is a sign on a gym which says pull around back to drop off equipment but doesn't stand out so I drove right by it the first time. Yard to park equipment in was nice and big but there was no one to talk to so luckily being of younger age I used my phone and closed out through the ap. I was leaving there was an older couple that was quite confused so I told them about the sign out front with the QR code but even that seemed to stumble them a bit. It is quite possible this site States its a non personnel site and I missed it but if I missed it I'm sure others have as well. Great trailer great price no major issues.
David TI returned the equipment before noon on 8/7/2026 and was charged an extra day on my receipt it say the equipment was returned 8/8/2026 @ 9am . This company is defrauding customers out of money by lying about drop offs good thing I take pictures of everything and will be contacting a lawyer
