The pickup process was average at best. It's in a gym. There was no U-Haul representative there. The number on the door to call for help went unanswered. The truck was parked under a tree around back and covered in leaves and other brush. There was no handtruck/dolly in the truck and nobody at the location to help with that.

ANITORIA LThe truck was good and the pickup was good but there aren’t clear return instructions for a location that doesn’t have any people at it… my settlement statement is grossly inaccurate! I would not use this location and would recommend against it due to the experience I’m having!
