I got charged twice for the insurance first off, and was charged an additional 39.95 on top of the 29.95 rental fee? None of this was disclosed so my 40-50$ bill that was estimated including mileage was actually charged just under 100$…worst U-Haul experience ever.

customer service not at the place but with uhaul was bad almost didn’t let me drop off the uhaul because they said the website crashed and it didn’t say i picked up the uhaul so i would have to keep it until it came back up was told to call a help number but they were closed

Tina BI used the self drop off option so I did not interact with anyone, but the location was easy to find and had no problem returning my rental.
Codie HI suggest having signs to find this place it was hidden behind a warehouse and handled by a guy teaching gymnastics.if i hadn't asked if they knew who to talk to to get the uhaul I would have never figured it out. Other than that great customer service
