The truck is was not at the original location ( u-haul) as promised & the truck had a hole in it which caused my 65” tv to get wet.

Simone SI was told that everything was working and the right brake and signal light was not working.
Letishia WOne of the ratchet straps was pretty rusty but they gave me some spray lube and it got us to Illinois. They said they would replace the ratchets .
