One of the ratchet straps was pretty rusty but they gave me some spray lube and it got us to Illinois. They said they would replace the ratchets .

This was the 3rd location I was sent to. I wasn't given a reason why the equipment was not available at the 1st. The 2nd was closed but was supposed to be open. Great job on keeping track of your locations.
