Buyer beware!!! When you make a reservation, it may look like a reservation, but it's may not be. Read the fine print... I reserved a 20ft truck from a location, got an email confirmation for that address, then when I went to pick up the truck, they didn't have a truck for me. The truck was at a different location. No emails telling me there was a change or anything like that. We did find it updated on the app afterwards... The location that we picked up the truck at was complete garbage. It had a not on the door asking for us to call if the door was locked. Once the guy showed up, his dog had crapped all over the floor!!! On top of all that, we reserved a dolly/hand truck, but they didn't have one to give me at this location. They also didn't have the floor rollers that we reserved. I've learned the reserving anything is almost pointless with U-Haul...

This location is absolutely wonderful some of the best customer service I have ever recieved. I really believe that if there are any bad reviews it was largely on the customer and not this location. It truly was a phenomenal experience. They were completely understanding of our situation and worked with us more than I expected and above and beyond.
