It was easy and painless. I liked the ease without a human but if u needed a person they were boom on the spot
jay mWhen I reserved the rental on line there was an option for remote check in or at the counter. When we arrived to pick up the truck there was no office it was remote check in only. The truck was having delayed acceleration especially going up hill. When we put gas in the truck before returning it, you could see gas leaking from under the truck.
James SFix your app. It wasted so much of my time at pick up and return. It wouldn’t save photos or the UI is trash.
