Must inform customers of your policy on security... 3.. 4 people must be available on spot to respond your phone calls... ??? In other words one person... living alone.. cannot rent a truck!!! ReCheck and trust this policy... we used express check in... redone all and more...

Company closes at 7pm. I was told to drop off at their garage after hours. However, rep failed to inform me that there was a drop off slot for the vehicle keys. I just happened to notice box after returning vechicle. Must learn to communicate proper procedures to customers.

Make cheaper rates. It comes out to so much in the end!!!! I had it for less than 3 hours and it cost more than the last time I moved and had it for like 6 hours.

Please make sure if it snows and people are using your U-Haul, to clean the snow off before it’s taken out. I had to clean the back step of the truck and slipped on it when trying to climb it.

I spoke to a uhaul representative over the phone on thursday regarding a box truck or a van for pickup on friday. I was advised that the van would be $1.59 a mile and $1.79 for the box truck. I reserved the van for friday pickup and then when i went i saw that the van was too small. I went with the box truck and it was then $1.99 a mile and I was told that because it was friday the prices were different. I am writing to you for a requested refund. When I spoke on the phone Thursday to the representative that took my credit card info for the friday reservation why was I given the rates for thursday ? This should be something that is sorted out and told to the customer if thats the case. Thank you, and this will be the last time I will be using Uhauls service for misrepresentation and misleading the customer.

There seemed to be a mechanical issue with the 15' truck I rented for contract #21769856, equipment number DC5608G. The truck stalled coming off express way after about 2.5 hrs into trip. And on/off would maintain high RPM in stop and go traffic. This made it extremely uncomfortable to drive as I had to constantly maintain a very high level of pressure on the brake pedal to avoid moving forward in stop and go traffic. And on a few occasions when changing from park to drive and/or dive to park the truck made a loud banging noise.

The customer service experience was really poor, and basically bad. When I got there the owner himself took care of me, and he was not personable and pretty rude. I could not understand the purpose for some of the policies such as needing 3 numbers and multiple addresses, rather than explaining to me why all that is needed, I was just told that I couldn't get my storage then. I was told to pay $53 for the uhaul van rental, after swiping my card then I was told, oh you're actually going to be charged $80 something instead because your used a debit. Then to top it all off, I did all these transactions at 12pm, when I made it back to storage facility at 5pm to store my belongings and finally made it up to my locker, it was still locked with their locked! I tried calling them in the phone and there was no answer, tried calling on their intercom system and they kept cutting off the call. When they finally answered they said someone would be up, I literally had to wait 20-25 min for someone to come, while still having to call and remind them that I'm still there waiting for someone. When the guy gets up there, he doesn't even know which locker I'm at even though I told them the number 5 times. I honestly was going to another storage facility, because you guys were closer I chose you, but I would not make that mistake again, I'll deal with paying for the extra mileage.
