Patricia B | Overall ExperienceMy experience was very poor with the Uhaul system, and I’m extremely unhappy. I reserved a specific storage size online about a month ago, to move all my items in on April 25th. When I arrived with my items in a 15’ Uhaul truck, my storage size was not available, and I had to split up my items into two smaller unita in different parts of the facility. Also doing the check in and payment through the app, when I had an actual human employee in front of me, willing to help, but unable to because certain things were required to do via the app was an absolute nightmare. The only redeeming quality about my experience was how helpful the Uhaul employee, Rose, was throughout the whole process. She helped in every way she could, tried to make the experience as seamless as she could manage, and she was very very kind. Thank you very much to Rose! However to Uhaul… you need to make some serious amends, and some serious adjustments to your online process.
