corine l | Overall ExperienceI had an infestation in my storage and it ruined half of my items. I got an allergic reaction on my face when moving my things out of storage because a lot of things were contaminated with rat droppings and feces. Complained to the staff about this issue and it took months for them to rectify it and I still didn’t get anything resolved until I moved out of the unit. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location to any of my friends nor family. 0 stars overall for everything.

I felt this should had been cleansed by the company.I’m awaiting for a call or e-mail to place my materials back into my storage area;moreover,I was satisfied.Thank you.
