Informed the location that the truck would be dropped off in Oakdale but was later charged for wrong drop off location
SUSANNE BMake sure there are tow hitches available. Not everyone owns one and it would be easier to rent one for cheaper than having to buy all the equipment to put it together. If it is offered in the website, it should be available in site. Other than that it was great. Customer service ajd hospitality was there. The guy working there was very cool ans made sure everything was on properly before I took off.
HALEY APlease check the tires because I had one tire blow out on me and had to replace it
EMILY BNo one on site although it was during their normal working hours. Had to do self check out. It kept changing me $20 for gas even though I returned it with the same 1/4 tank as I picked it up. NO HAPPY!
