Todd SI had asked the day before I rented the truck to switch my rental to a one way. When I got to the location the next morning I was told I would have to drive 45 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was going to get a one way rental. As a result, the rental cost me significantly more than it should have and I was very upset by this. I would never rent from this location again.
